There is content managers but they are often expensive.

You could get a standard one and LLM to write content for you.

Do your due diligence on their content first and they will be a good place to start.

Oil costs runs through everything due to plastic content or transportation costs.    

It's available on BiggerPockets bookstore and comes with a ton of bonus content, too!

I would even be content with neutral or just a small positive cash flow to get it rolling.

Lots of free content and she really digs in to the Why does choice A look better then choice B.   

You could deploy that money elsewhere and buy a few  smaller (or at least less expensive) homes in a friendlier market and come out way ahead unless you are content with just waiting for the market to appreciate.
