I'm going to be in CA at the CEA conference Oct 19-22 will you be attending?

Salt Lake has some seasonal vacation demand for skiing, Sundance Film Festival, various conferences downtown.Has anyone had success in holding property for this purpose?

I do commercial only but learned some of these tips when I went to conference and talked with an older couple that had listed high end homes for 20 years.Good luck.     

I just attended a great not-related conference that really inspired my business goals.

The ability to steam content from smartphones and tablets directly to devices (Televisions, Audio Receivers, Whole House Audio Systems and (in conference/board rooms) Projectors is in like manner becoming more and more commonplace and expected by end-users.

Let's do this.I can offer the conference room in my Norwell office (167 Washington St / RT 53) for those who are interested.As a starting point, I propose a week from this coming Wednesday - September 28.  

We had our property preservation company go out to change the locks after we conferred with our Attorneys that part of the mortgage allows us to maintain the property if the homeowner lets it fall into disrepair.
