However, with a college campus (Youngstown State University or YSU), with 87% of students living off campus, the Covelli Centre (concert, hockey, basketball, convention center), Vallourec Steel, Eastwood Mall (largest mall complex in the US by land ownership), Covelli Enterprise and the Debartlo Corporation to name a few items - this area has turned into an almost secret community; left unaffected by the growth of elsewhere.

Any festivals or concerts? 

Mostly weekends with concerts & events at the AT&T center or folks needing a small place close to their family but don't want to stay with their family.  100% coming from AirBNB this month; struck out on VRBO.

Major concerts, Broadway and symphony performances, extensive permanent collections and traveling exhibitions contribute to a wonderful way of life.

Things will be back to normal in 2022-23 (assuming there isn't a concerted Big Reset plan).

I look at the economy, sports venues, concert venues, etc and I look to create a listing marketed to these people according to the season that they are coming. 

Plus, the tennis stadium is doing concerts again.
