Hello:Can anyone recommend an organization that seeks housing for executives or corporations in Maryland?

I think LS is a small business whereas Stessa is a large corporation (roofstock corp).

I try to take this as a complement as I try to keep my rental rates competitive to garner a better pool of applicants.

He mainly skip traces for Law and Corporate offices.

If you are reporting it on a schedule E (you are not taxed as a corporation or as a partnership in non-community property states) then no, there is nowhere on your tax return that shows your cost basis and your tax preparer likely doesn't know. 

And even then most between 3 months and 1yr are corporate rentals and at that rare.

I am only looking at lenders that have a legit website, legit contact person, legit corporation and that can provide information up front...to start.  

I can already see how the two complement each other.I’m curious to know your thoughts on why you believe it might take a year or two to fully take off.
