I also know how any service provider should NOT communicate with their clients (including real estate agents), UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES (it is called professionalism) or with any people (it is called kindness, compassion and politeness).

I am pointing my compass at commercial multifamily investment.

If trash is left outside and is not bagged up or if the house is dirty it's the tenants.Ants, crickets, spiders...we have paid that in the past.You need to have some compassion in this business. 

It would let you test some of the audacious claims of the hybrid companies (like a Compass or eXP) and see if they pack the punch they say.All in all there are lots of different options but the most important things to understand is this:  you are going to fit better with some than others, and you aren't making a life-long decision on day one. 

Working my way back down to an actionable step (ie buying my first house), and having the compass of this goal and other macro goals, pushed me to make the move.

I'm not such a big fan of the consolidation that Compass caused.

Compass and RLAH are great, but dont take part time agents, or even full time low producing agents.
