I have had possible tenants lie to me about all kinds of background stuff, but I really had these people pegged as coming back with flying colors.  

Look at the map, and find the groupings of similar color candlesticks.  

This will put all the information on one nice colorful page easy for investors to look at then you should post on craigslist and the bigger pockets market place.

Two local vendors below also might be able to get you square away inexpensively but I haven't used them so they are for you to research. call them up and ask for quotes on your desired appliances type and size and colors for scratch and dent.

The idea of someone not buying a home because the paint color was wrong just got under his skin.  

I would approve of the new carpet, blinds and colors before the work is started.

Why don't you give a few of the local retailers a call and ask to see if they have any used fridges for the dimensions/ color you are looking for?

I would wonder what the final outcome would be when painting over with a different color.
