Meth labs are considered biohazard areas, you really don't want to mess with one of those.Even if it will cost less than $50k to repair, is that difference worth it to you?

Howevver you can get a test online and mail it to a lab to test it and then you know for sure.

DEA agent was telling me recently that there's very little Meth made in the US because it's so difficult to get the ingredients and there is so much cheap Meth made in Mexico.Mike Butler, a former undercover cop and now national Speaker used to be an expert on Meth labs.

She works for a medical lab and makes sure the testing meets QC standards.

That obviously isn't it because neither the seller or the buyer would care.Whatever it is, you'd better find out, in case it has something to do with testing for meth, mold, or lead.There is a test for meth labs that involves wiping the wall with a treated pad.
