It is true that someone could probably get by better without their emotional support animal than someone trying to get by without their service animal but I, for one, am glad that the ADA encompasses emotional support animals. 

I'm thinking it might be a good idea to run this by a loan officer who lives and works in charm city.

1) You want to get a specific easement that only encompasses the existing equipment2) Longest term easement (perpetual) for the most amount of money.3) Future landlord will receive a % of any future revenue these companies bring4) Make sure your agreement has some type of relocation language.

I guess I'll just have to charm them into selling me their houses for my price instead of theirs...

@Marcus Maloney It has been said already, but you can never have enough details written about the "money" aspect of "bird dogging" which should encompass the potential for money earned and money spent (costs).Your idea to write this book on bird dogging is fantastic and it seems like a subject matter that doesn't have a lot written on it!

I used to live near Pasadena and absolutely LOVE the charm of all those historical craftsman homes, especially the Gamble House ... unfortunately, this was before I became a RE investor.

But I have a foundation there and will ride this wave until is peter's out. we also built 46 aiken and sold it to shep of southern charm show.. it was featured on the first episode this year..If you have the means this a  great flip market !!
