It’s like a championship Boxing Match . it takes a few rounds for the champ to win and he may even loose a round or two ( here we are in a lost round ) but the champions get up and the knocks the dude out and brings home the golden glove .

Anyone know of any companies who will close a cash deal with everything going on now in the Pittsburgh area preferably in Beaver or Lawrence Counties?

Hi @Catie Lawrence, I'd recommend asking your RE attorney or title company of choice if they can provide you with the RPCDisc (Residential Property Condition Disclosure OR Disclaimer), LBP (Lead Based Paint Disclosure) form, and the gov' pamphlet usually called "Protecting Your Family from LBP".
