What is the point of a contract if you can just change your mind and walk away? 

@Jeff M. would love to hear what made you change direction and move away from investing in Lorain.

One thing that is known on the real estate brokerage side is if your going to change careers you need at LEAST one year of living expenses for your ramp up ..  

Interest rates are changing every day. 

I change or rearrange photos weekly. 

Where I'm at if you change the size of the window by 5% or more you have to have engineered drawings showing the changes.  

I contacted support and apparently, my account had its email changed without me knowing and I lost all the money I had in the account, somewhere around $1000.
