Tile? 

just acquired a house for a rental that has Laminate wood flooring in the bedrooms and tile throughout the rest of the house.

We normally LVP kitchens with a stone/tile look, but in this case I wanted to have a wood look troughout the entire area.

Will see condition when they leave.. although the house is all tile floors and furniture is not high end or anything. 

As in I can't buy lumber and tile with the C corp's credit card, but instead I have to have a separate account/card for the subsidiary and pay for it that way.Thanks for this AMA!

They will take the floor out down to the footing, rework all the drains in the building, install drain tile on the inside of the foundation that drains to a sump.

The laundry room was also supposed to have LVP, but I upgraded to tile.

Water restoration specialists are going to remove some tile, carpets, drywalls - all should be replaced.

But if you are hiring out, compare wood look porcelain tile.

You'd also want to speak to a title company to make sure tile is marketable and whether there is any scope for you get title insurance, in case the title ever gets challenged a decade from now.
