The authors identify the common human conditions (internally and externally) the prevent most people from reaching their goals AND anecdotally outlines a mindset and actionable strategies to break through those limitation to meet ANY goal. 

As I said, I place a lot of value on the mentor/student relationship, probably the biggest breakthroughs in my life have come from a few different people that I've been blessed to know, but of course that may not be true for everyone.I LOVE doing research for information on my own, i.e. here on BP, but there's something powerful when you work with the right person.

There will never be a perfect time" but if you keep pushing forward, break through and persevere, everything else will fall into place.

I have not been able to breakthrough and reach my first deal yet and I am wondering what strategies you guys recommend when searching for buyers when you purchase a house.

Never give up because you never know when your breakthrough is coming!

@Tabitha Wheeler I tried to paint my countertops with a Porter product called Breakthrough.

I am going to try and break through the world of Probate in Los Angeles County. 

However, I did make a recent breakthrough after hours and hours of aimless wondering on the internet.

Maybe you owe them a lunch for that...If you're painting doors or cabinets, I would recommend a product called PPG Breakthrough.

Stay persistent and you will breakthrough!
