The big leap

With the sale of my 4th flip happening in about a week, I sit here pondering why didn't I start this sooner!? The felling of working your A** off and after uncle Sam gets paid of course, the feeling of making your own money. Words cant describe how amazing that feels! I wanted to do real estate for about 3 years before I actually jumped in with both feet and slowly but surely it is paying off! I'm not writing this to brag about my accomplishments, but the exact opposite. As I get ready to quit my full time job to do fix and flips/rental properties, the only thing I regret is not starting sooner.

So for anyone out there that is on the fence about giving this a try....DO IT! Take the leap, why should we be pawns in someone else's game? Real estate can be mean with one wrong turn.... your money is gone, but that's why we do this! Do your homework, get your contractors lined up, do whatever it takes to get you to that first step. I talked with my realtors for over a year until I finally pulled the trigger. There will never be a perfect time" but if you keep pushing forward, break through and persevere, everything else will fall into place. Six months ago I was working construction- Anything is possible.

If your having trouble, or your in over your head on your first flip, or you need someone to come in and give you a new perspective on your project or you just want someone to help manage it, private message me! If there is anything I can do to help another experience the fix and flip dream, id love to help!
