Anyone familiar with flipping in that area I'd love to connect and bounce ideas off you! 

I think it's important to bounce ideas around and surround yourself with like-minded people. 

I feel like California west coast appreciate it and bounced back first, Midwest and east coast followed along with the south.

@Sean Maxwell - I think the biggest question I would bounce back to you is what are your goals?

I'd also recommend syncing up with a reputable property management group and bouncing potential deals off of them. 

@Lee L. a trick we use in our motorhome (which sits empty a lot of the time - especially in the winter) is to place Bounce dryer sheets in drawers and cabinets.

Payments, Security Deposits, Late Fees, Bounced Checks, whatever involves this tenant will show up on the right hand side.

It used to work wonderfully because I could bounce from computer to phone and not lose my spot.Fyi Youtube is also a good workaround . 8 times out of 10 it saves my spot between computer and phone.  

Stop bouncing around to a million different things, come up with your GOAL, your PLAN to meet said GOAL, and outline a realistic path to reach it.You don't have a lot of funds...OK, how can you get more funds?
