Although taking myself out as the bottleneck is an admirable goal, I don't think we manage a large enough portfolio to start thinking about internal growth with more employees (i.e. a VA or administrative assistant)So instead I thought I'd look at my process and analyze the waste using a KAIZEN or "continuous process improvement" mindset.

Our primary reason is to get more work done earlier and faster for our clients by starting to remove some of the bottlenecks we have at the staff level - if we could find enough staff on shore, we would do that instead.

:No idea what will happen, but what I would hate to see are things like:- Now that they've said the virus can live on hard surfaces, the USPS shuts down which bottlenecks some rent payments.- Cities/States enact a "no eviction" policy during the coronavirus spread.- Tenants lose their jobs due to layoffs The moratorium on evictions has already been enacted in several places and is being actively discussed by many more with lots of support, Philadelphia included.
