I know some zip codes in my area that one part is a very high class neighborhood and house are over 1 million while on the other side of the zip code is low class and house are going for 80k? 

I was in a similar boat with credit card debt a while back, and consolidating it into a lower-interest loan really helped me out.

The worst part is that it's usually way too easy to get your license, and the consequences for these sleazy agents are usually non-existent or not harsh enough. 

An example, a small down payment initially, but the note has now seasoned for 60 months with on time payments documented by a third party servicer.

It has not been favorable for both parties.

Single night stays in a crowed city are a guarantee for a party.

But any improvements are at your risk.. the redeeming party just owes you your cash plus in our state 9% and any VERIFIABLE expenses you paid to protect the asset.
