As a property manager who has dealt with countless contractors, I would tell you to just simply be your authentic self.  

Apparently renovations within the district are subject to review and regulations to confirm the remodel conforms to authentic standards of design and workmanship.

I'm most interested in these because they have natural texture (indentations/etc that are significantly more authentic looking than LifeProof, Smartcore, and others I've seen). 

I've tried entering test mode numerous times, but it never authenticates. 

But I've also been smart.I think the post/vote count goes a long way to vetting the authenticity of a member.

You don’t need to have a mentor walk you through the whole process, you just need someone to bounce ideas off of (I’ll do that for free if you want).I’ve found the best success so far just being authentic and offering to help people.

Being genuine and authentic is what I think strikes you apart from allllll the other people trying to do the same.Good luck!

I use 2 factor authentication on almost all my accounts.

I have not done this but one trend from what I have seen, is to provide an authentic, local experience vs the usual.

its a box containing all my information for my LLC such as Tax documents and my EIN information for if i hire any employees along with the certificate proving authenticity of my company and other things i cant think of at the moment.
