My partner and I currently self manage two airbnb rentals in downtown Bryson City and are building a spec home/turnkey rental property in an equestrian development outside of town, and are closing on a property at the end of the month where we will be building 4 vacation rentals on the river here in town.

I interpret this data to mean that Cumberland is undervalued, given all the improvements that will finish in the next 5 years.In Cumberland, they're constructing more highway lanes, more road lanes, Google Fiber, more apartment buildings, more office buildings, a big live/work/play (The Battery Atlanta), and last, but not least, an iFly.

Obviously the price point is dramatically lower than custom ordering to spec but if it's junk I'd rather not be burdened with replacing it again in the near future.Appreciate the feedback, thanks!
