I am also interested in states where a landlord friendly atmosphere is present, I have seen the opposite in NY.  

I have always enjoyed working in a small business atmosphere, and now I hope to create our own, but for the benefit of our family - currently, and as something to pass down to the kids. 

It's a self-proclaimed "no ********" atmosphere, and everyone is always trying to help each other out.As @Jon W. 

i went to the career seminar. loved the atmosphere.

I've only been to a few so far but so far they've all had a pretty relaxed atmosphere. 

It has maintained a very small town (That's what we call villages in Texas.) atmosphere, with an historic downtown area that is lovely to walk to and through.

How do you go about the housing atmosphere and the different types of people that would be living there, or "you just get what you get when you apply". 

I chose this office for the culture there - very down to earth, open to everyone's differences, and laid back atmosphere.

California folks are moving to Austin in droves right now, its a good balance of a liberal atmosphere but Texas state friendly business laws/taxes.
