I've spoken with a lot of different turnkey companies and it annoys me so much that they never include placement or renewal fees in their pro-formas (not that you should trust their pro-formas anyway).

As an update,  when I asked for more information so I can verify some other things he seemed to get annoyed and didn’t respond.

This is overly annoying as I am learning the laws and more about TAR contract for Texas. 

I know this is a potential out of the contract since they lied but I will table that option for now.The annoyance I am dealing with and found out is when I called her current landlord owner to the property which she is renting not a property manager he did not have a lot of nice things to say, but the supposed wife of this man gave a super rave review and he did say his wife was the primary person that deals with them. 

But the realtors I know it annoys them.

I'm in Kennesaw and I have BoA and Chase, they are both equally annoying to deal with.

I've lived as a tenant in a place that only allows outside smoking, it's pretty annoying when you have to walk by their smoke when going outside. 

After she spent so much, she was annoyed when I pointed out the flaws in the installation first time I saw it.

Luckily it sounds like your neighbors are nice enough about it otherwise it would be annoying to jump through hoops with it.
