I now lease the property for no less (actually more) than I did before I absorbed that cost, and frankly no one even notices the difference that I can tell.

One of the big topics I will be looking for on the forums are the issues with "cross border investing" I have been absorbing the podcasts as fast as possible, as there is tones of great info and tips sitting in there.I am sure I will be searching for / posting LOTS of questions to get things off on the right foot!

In the beginning all exit strategies were available but now weighing them out it appears as though any of these would have a larger loss than the one I'm about to absorb. 

I look forward to absorbing all the information you guys and gals have to offer.

You might try to just have your own management company where you are actively involved but get people with the title as assistant manager or something where they are absorbing all the calls and taking care of the routine duties and you are only brought it on important issues.  

There is a lot to absorb!
