We have been seeing nicer homes around surrounding areas of Denver (specifically Thornton, Commerce City and Littleton) for the same price as they are closer to Denver but offer much more and we are wondering for example Some of our concerns are being far out from most things (5-10 miles) in terms of grocery stores, movie theaters, malls but being only 20 minutes out (15 miles) from one of the biggest medical campuses and close to the airport and we are worried that some the little things like aren't attractive to renters or traveling nurses, being too far out from some things but close to others.

But we have minor league baseball and hockey, college basketball, baseball and football, 2 drive in theaters, 2 lakes, 2 malls, multiple golf courses, country clubs, 2 skating rinks, an ice skating rink, museums, orchestras, theaters, some amazing parks, and tons of great food - all within 5 - 30 min away. 45-60 min away you have Amish country, major league baseball, basketball and football, Lake Erie, casinos, 3 airports, etc.

Theater County is looking at rules this year, and the planning officials I've talked to indicate the rule will be pretty wife open. 

Just got out of theater with the family.The folks I have are all for commercial residential with the above breakdowns.

If your STR has fast internet, I would suggest a home theater with either a smart TV or an HDTV with a Roku.

There's also a home theater/overhead projector that's pre-wired.
