Find Brandon's videos on YouTube for the "four square" method of analyzing homes and practice.

Continuously educate yourself through books, podcasts, and videos, such as BiggerPockets Podcast and YouTube channels.

Check out any YouTube channel or blog, and you will see this is true.

Probably because someone on BP or YouTube suggested it without any evidence to back their claim.An LLC is useful for two things: anonymity and legal protection.

I also do a YouTube walk-through video of everything a guest may ask and go through everything at the property.
