@Scott K the signs were put up next to a business that are by say a walmart but I place them by a stop sign or stop lights.

Our retail is really picking up as well, once Walmart came to town the main road in town started getting more traffic and subsequently a lot of shopping plazas were revamped.

But there are lots of examples of things like dark Walmarts, where Walmart closes a store (maybe because they opened a superstore nearby) but keeps paying on the original lease until it expires, sometimes years later.A couple of things to think about:1.

Usually it's the landlords money and you pay it back over the term of the lease.Land Lease is where you lease the land, and can build a parking lot, gas station, wal mart, whatever.

I would be eager to find some other places that let you buy in bulk too.Surprisingly enough I compared the prices at my local WalMart verus the Sam's Club and it turned out to actually be more expensive due to the fact that Sam's Club doesn't carry generic brands like the WM Supercenter does.
