Define these statements, please
I own 5 residential units. Seriously considering going Commercial.
Whenever I check into the MLS, I'd find these statments: "Owner Desires Build To Suit" and "Land Lease".
That appears to be self-explanatory. But, is it really self-explanatory for the public? Or, does it have certain meaning for the commercial investors?
For example:
Definition of "Build to Suit": Landowner build the tenant's choice with landowner's money. Is my definition correct?
Definition of "Land Lease": Landowner leases the land but not the building that the tenant build with tenant's own money. Is my definition correct?
Whether my definitions are accurate or not, would you give me some examples based on those statements?
