In layman’s terms, I took all of my earned income to continue with the rehab only paying down my debt when someone else paid me (my lender via draw money).I won’t bore you with the details, but this lasted about 6 months.

This zip code also has room for appreciation as OKC continues to expand westward.Building the right team is key!

If you can't even do one, then continue to save judiciously to get your "starter investment capital".

@Arun Maheshwari Richmond and Rosenburg have effectively become immediate suburbs of Houston with the continued sprawl.

The past 3 people who did that have either continued to be demanding or have had their contracts "canceled" and I have to work to get the money in the long run.
