It's aimed at teenagers and what they should do in order to start investing in real estate thru a house hack.

I have an tremendous amount of support from them but they do not believe that I can achieve anything without going to college, so just like any other teenager at this age, I am determined to prove them wrong.

For example if you 'moved in' yesterday and your workplace is 1 hour farther away than your last primary residence, that really doesn't make sense...By contrast if you moved in yesterday to secure a commute that is 1 hour shorter, an extra bathroom for your teenage daughter, and a yard for your dog, that makes sense and you're good to go!

Because honestly nobody is going to lend to a eager teenager with zero funds or experience.

Lets say a teenager (16 y.o) is driving it and gets into a car wreck (hope it never happens)What issues could arise?

What pisses me off is that they always have people over, I've had teenage kids from previous marriages living there and then their family from abroad, then it was the husbands brother.
