Both of these men are primarily known for their multifamily real estate investments and are proof that the best real estate investment around is apartment buildings"SOOO: First he says/claims that MULTIFAMILY REAL ESTATE investments is the best ( says that the 2 richest guys got it ) and then that APARTMENT BUILDINGS is, I'm just getting confused, I'm from sweden and have come up with "flerfamiljshus and flerbostadshus"...so the question:Is Multifamily Real Estate/flerfamiljshus AND Apartment Buildings/flerbostadshus THE SAME THING OR NOT?
