Get legitimate references that aren't all sunshine & rainbows from owners who have purchased from your provider. 

They are nearly bumping up against too much supply in peak sunshine hours already and as someone else mentioned, it is becoming difficult for utilities to manage.

Anywhere there are low taxes, lots of sunshine, great quality of life, and a place to have an active lifestyle.

Florida has a broad public records law aka Sunshine Laws where anonymity may be maintained for public records requests.
