The guarantee is useless, usually only covers the depreciated value of the shingle materials (not labor, the bulk of the cost of a new roof), and requires everything be installed per their instructions which are usually overkill in comparison to how installations are normally done.

(Frankly I think your breakdown of what you need is maybe a little overkill, and I'm not sure you even have to keep separate bank accounts when using the Series LLC, but I'd for sure ask an attorney.)

You can use "tagging" type features to help you organize things by property if you'd like.In the end, you do what works for you, but I think that a set of accounts for each property can be a bit overkill.
