OK so I have been doing my research on BP and needless to say I have learned a lot of information these past few days.I am new to this, but I am ready to dive in and get started. 

Needless to say, they're pretty well off! 

So needless to say no longer involved in Section 8.

The wife, needless to say was pretty ticked off at them.The women have varying professions , one is a receptionist for a gas company, one works for her sister in a daycare and the most successful one is an agent for AXA investing.

So needless to say this guy is a real piece of work.

Needless to say after 2007 my career path took a different direction, and I obtained my BA degree, and since have put all my efforts to eliminate any debt and be ready to focus on real estate investing.

I also sometimes google the phone numbers to see what shows up as well...So needless to say this guy will NOT be doing any work for me.... 

Needless to say I wasn't very happy with him this morning.

I like @Rick's response - - UNLESS you are a party to the transaction (for clarity, the buyer OR the seller) you'll only muddy the water and if you were involved as a contractor at any capacity, you can easily get your name sullied needlessly. 

Needless to say there are 1000s of evictions in any given month so the experiences run the gambit.
