You should look into places like Titusville, Melbourne, Palm Bay (already mentioned above), Sebastian/Vero Beach, Fort Pierce.

So it kind of throws me off as to move there or not.When I was looking at other locations that peaked my interest as well as what other on the forums are saying is Melbourne and palm bay.

I invest in Melbourne Beach, but Indialantic is a hard NO, while Indian Harbour Beach is a YES, Satellite Beach is a NO, and then up to Cocoa Beach...

@Jose Barberi with $30k you could probably get a 20% down plus closing costs deal done in Brevard County (Melbourne, Cocoa, Titusville, Palm Bay).

Does anyone in Melbourne Florida (Brevard County) or nearby have an insurance company that will underwrite aluminum wiring as-is?
