I'm starting my hunt for "just the right fit," tax professional and/or CPA for my newly established real estate investing business and was seeking recommendations or advice?  Thank you for your time.  

@Ulrick Edmonds I used Madison trust, and have checkbook control.

Hoping to get some replies from people near Madison that would be willing to show me the ropes.

@Kris Schonewill - there is zero inventory in Huntsville/Madison right now, unless you want C/D class, which I would not recommend right now in the current COVID 19 world, or to overpay on A/B class with negative cash flow, which obviously is not a good idea either. 

I am a out of state buy and hold investor in Huntsville and I would highly recommend joining the Madison County REIA meetups.

It's close to Madison and many people who are priced out of the Madison market move there for better schools and smaller community. 

Huntsville/Madison Alabama remains a ridiculously strong sellers market. 

Seems like a lot of folks use Madison.

So we are also looking at a house on Nordstrand ave between Madison St and Monroe St.
