I can envision that the numbers on these luxury homes would lead to to a long lag time...but hopefully I'm wrong. 

It cash flows without the utilities split but I am planning to hold onto for a long time so splitting the utilities seems to make sense.

That is one of my moves is to report Baselane to FTC for such fradulent practices, despite covered in footnotes in terms and conditions.

We have long terms holds in Shasta and Tehama county.

This last bank limitation isn't a bad thing in my opinion because the long-term rental yields are low and what are you going to do if a tenant doesn't pay?

This has also allowed us to provide some excellent incentives for our investors, locking in long term debt currently at 3.75%  through our in house financing program.
