My one suggestion: do not conduct business with anyone (here or anywhere) without having your lawyer and maybe even your CPA reviewing all the paperwork.Also, stay far away from LPs.

A national buyer would review the BPO and maybe do some brief online research, but would not typically not know, as in your example, about the sewage issues or extent of interior rehab needed.

@Sonja Revells , after reviewing the agreement you uploaded, I realized it could be a bit tough to fight for your EMD due to these sketchy clauses.

let them know you want their official answer for posts and information is posted on social media and the newspapers before you post anything so they have a chance to review it. 

They even added a small “welcome basket” with loccal treats, and guests loved the personal touch.. it became one of their most mentioned features in reviews!

While the staff at RTR do try to work with you and accessible, it's important for potential investors not to be swayed solely by glowing reviews and comments.

You can also search Google and read reviews.

Ensure they have good review history.
