How do you approach educating people on the realities of the business? 

Or just strangers off the street you met at a REI group? 

So I just closed on a duplex a couple days ago & Im going to be house hacking.

Interview them of course but for the most part they are hard workers that are cheap or free. 

If you’re just graduating and don’t really even have a job lined up then I think it would be foolish to rush into the purchase of a property right now.
