Hi Family,Does anyone recommend a good VA service that can do both outbound prospecting calls,handle inbound calls, and lead qualification? 

In the summer, tourism is huge as it's a Cruise Ship Port and in winter the legislature comes to Juneau for session.

@Andrew Neal has some good points, I'm a certified digital marketer and web dev, and what hes referring to is inbound marketing (google it, youtube it) .
