There are some good opportunities in Hartford, New Britain, Middletown, Bristol for larger Multi Family with decent return. 

So I have wholesaled some deals here in Connecticut (Hartford Area) and I've come across a vacant 6 unit building with (two 3 bedrooms & four 2 bedroom apartments) it has been empty for almost 10 years now.

I recommend giving Atty Ben Shehu with Shehu law firm a call if this is in Hartford county. 

Hello there,  one of my locations in Hartford in the north end I spend about $200.

I think it's also important to realize that while this area may be a "c" area, it's a "C" area by Manchester standards, which is still far better than most "C" areas across Hartford County CT.The siding is basically a non issue unless you plan on eating it.

Everyone on BiggerPockets is saying he's doing it incorrectly and I need to find a new lender/broker which I'm trying to do now.The house I'm looking at is a 4 family in East Hartford, CT that I'm 99% sure needs a full gut/rehab.

They're in the Hartford county area, if you are interested. 

From skimming the CT group it seems like areas closer to Hartford is what many of you prefer, however given the commuting time I am looking at areas within ~ 45min drive to Norwalk.
