I don't have personal experience with it, but when the app was first developed, I contacted the developer and put the app through a fairly robust test usage to see if it's something I would want to recommend to my clients (I'm a CPA).I think the app is great for its intended purpose and I do recommend it to my clients now (and have for about 18 months now). 

AS noted we have two small positions and communication is very good reports are on time K 1s are on time.. of course we will see how it all ends up .. but for day to day operations compared to the horror stories you are hearing about other syndicators they are doing very well.Thanks!

It has to do with the professional way you've handled yourself, the good communication with our team and the fact that you are closing your first house with us.  

Also, clear communication with your parents about goals, risks, and expectations will also help avoid tension.

But as you said it's in a rural area, there probably isn't that much competition.I think the labor rates are fair.

You just need the labor cost to install both of these - but even combined with the labor cost, it makes so much more sense to do it this way.Kitchen and Bath companies are a wonderful resource for homeowners, and I'm sure some out there give super fair prices to investors!
