I use Pricelabs to automate the dynamic pricing.I use a digital guidebook to provide all the information about the property and the specific units to my guests to minimize questions from them.I push all guests to communicate via the Airbnb/VRBO apps, to minimize disruptions on my personal cell phone or email.

Once they sign off and tell you they look good then you will have like an over night envelope to put them in and mail to title.Once Lender looks over signed docs (the digital ones), they provide final green light to title to fund the loan.And I'm out of breath...

You could suffer double digit losses and find yourself questioning that strategy in the same way that you question RE.

They can and often will say 'no' but if you can just get a 'yes' on a single digit fixed rate you're probably better off than any personal or consolidation loan you may get.
