For instance I see heavy trim around windows and in the ceiling in some rooms and then others bedrooms or secondary rooms down stairs there is no crown going around to make it pop.So when I look at a place walking room to room it would be like (wow in one room, okay in another, wow) instead of wow, wow, wow every room is amazing and I must have this house right now!

Not only did he take forever to finish a project but then didn't do it properly such as putting up crown molding without enough nails so it actually began to sag in some places or installing wainscotting without glue to adhere it to the walls properly.

If I am also using a lot of chair and crown moulding then I might consider wood...Do keep in mind that many buyers will not notice the differences between MDF and wood either.
