I have a couple inspector referrals from my agent but BP has been great for finding quality people in the business.The property is in Bloomfield, NJ so anyone in Montclair, Newark, Orange, East Orange, Belleville, Glen Ridge, Nutley Clifton, Passaic, Lyndhurst would be great (sorry everyone for the keyword alert blast!).

Issaquah is great, you could also look 10 minutes east and find a wonderful community at Snoqualmie Ridge.  

At the top you've either got a metal ridge vent or a shingle-over vent system (my preference).

I have one on 38th street in Wheat Ridge, but it's ON 38th that's off market.

Schools are not good at all, they are bad in fact except for Windy Ridge the elementary School.

I'm listening to a Podcast that has someone from Ridge Lending Group on there and it was said that as long as someone has a single member LLC that they own 100% (or if husband/wife each own 50% of multiple member LLC) and they do a quit claim deed to the LLC for asset protection, that this is allowed (which implies the due-on-sale clause would not apply).

There seems to be a lot of vacancies around J Ville/South of base areas (Sneads Ferry, Surf City, Top Sail, Holly Ridge).

I have had leaks starting at the ridge and end up at the window seal.Pull the carpet back in that area and see if the moisture is getting to the subfloor.These are a few areas I would look to help access the issue.
