More details:There are lenders that do values determined by AVM (automated valuation model), not a full appraisal.

The thing to remember with HUD's bidding system is that it is completely automated.

Rent collection, tenant communication, template leases, electronic lease signatures, marketing, tax form prep, move-in/move-out forms, automated email reminders, background/credit checks, this list goes on.  

But I don't think there is, or will be for quite some time, an AI that can set prices on real estate well enough to be "automated" for at least another decade or more. 

Everything is automated.  

This may change as maintenance management becomes more automated with software.  

BP, I've been on a long search for technology and applications that allow me to automate parts of the tenant journey (leads, apt tours, screening, rent collection...).

We've developed short term property management software based on automations taken from guest messages.

And those should be automated.
