Since I'm House hacking, that means I pretty much see my tenant on the other side daily... my job and the activities I engage it don't call for me to DRESS in business casual so it kinda forces me to dress more so athletic, (joggers, vans, basketball ball shorts, snapback hats etc) every now and then when I can I'll dress up with some chinos and a polo.

I had to borrow $150 from my Church to help me get to another city and move in with some family to get back on my feet.I spent the next five years trying to get ahead again, while having a real J-O-B, or “just over broke”, and I later started a small side business.In 2011, I came up with a way to eliminate most of my monthly bills, and live basically free, by going to college on scholarship, and taking a part-time job coaching college athletics.

"Where did all the houses go" could be answered by, "they're not for sale, but they're for rent" which pushes the price up when a house becomes an income-producing asset for the owner.I can't imagine having to wait 20 years to buy the first house.The way apartment communities are getting fancier (pools, athletic facilities, walking to retail, BBQ's,...)

Like where I live, tons of people work in New York City but live in NJ, they pay NY tax and professional athletes pay tax in every state they play away games in because it's earned income.
