Hi @Suresh Ram I do most of my business in central- North Jersey.  1. connect with someone who specializes in multi family investing. 

ANd no you cant touch it, but you also cant touch your downloaded music and videos, nor the software running on your PC, yet they bring you value and you don't think twice about spending dollars for it.

Does anyone here invest on SFH, townhouses, or condos in Tri-state or the North-East in general? 

@Loan NguyenAs someone who grew up in the Bay Area (just north of San Francisco), I feel your pain. 

I grew up north of San Francisco and moved to live and invest in Reno, NV, where I've house hacked twice. 

Sherman is about 30 minutes north of there and many of the biggest nationwide and local residential developers have bought land and working on master planned communities.   

Anybody have insights on NC investing areas?- I know NC been on the radar for quite some time- is it still worth to pay attention to this market? raf, Las Vegas

@Aditi Chaudhuri When you say your property is a half mile from campus, are you a half mile south towards Center City and near Broad Street or are you half mile north, west or east of campus?
