Like you said will really show you the character of your tenants.  

@Steven Lowe and sure enough, the insults came flying - name calling, attacking my character, coming after me for my race, gender and sexuality, wishing harm to my family and myself - you name it, I think I've heard it in the last few days. 

Seemed very out of character to hear him curse like that . 

@Megan Wakefield John Goodman’s character in The Gambler summed my goal up perfectly.

I felt zero pity for the tenants . the characters were just plain pathetic including the Nefarious slumlords who were supposed To represent a typical landlord .

Lakewood is a very historic area and 80-90% of the houses were built between 1910-1930's so these properties have some serious character.

Sometimes you just need to move a wall or take a wall out, to make it less functionally obsolete, but you can still keep the character.
