Every one i've been to ended up turning to networking events, with little to no substance in education.

IMHO, this rule does more harm than good.

I meant not to harm anyone's feelings since this is a complex business, and agents need to be ready for criticism.I want to create awareness, and by doing this, hopefully, agents start thinking about it.

Please explain the harm of her storing some things in the basement.
