I would readily agree to rent to prospective tenants with pets, as pet owners overall often demonstrate a level of responsibility and commitment to caring for their animals that indicates strong character.

More than likely, if it goes to court, the report can be demonstrated that it is insignificant and not present long enough to cause health problems.If the tenants asked for a report, and they know that you did it, then they will ask for it.

I think the Attorneys General of several states will take interest.I've watched a few of the videos, it's demonstrably Bad Training, False Hopes, Overleveraging, unsophisticated lenders ("gator lenders" formerally known as "gap" lenders and "bridge loans" who get burned) and that will lead to disasters and more legislation.

In my state the contractor's license comes down to them passing and exam which demonstrates some degree of competence, registering with the state, and maintaining insurance.

There’s a free website I like called calculator.net that can demonstrate the typical amortization schedule, but I have loans where the first few years I’m only knocking down a thousand or so in principle.
