Knowing that FF's user interface is wonky and not very sophisticated, I don't know that I'd entirely trust their data if I was investing in a market I didn't already know.

Hey Roger welcome to BPI don't have a Colorado recommendation unfortunately but if you browse the Tax forum here on BP there are several amazing tax pros. 

I have not mastered the forum interface yet.I guess creative financing is what I'm trying for or find an investor.

Usually this fixes most browsing problems.

Find out what sort of support they will provide, e.g. make the presentations to the municiplaity for your, interface with your GC/trades if/when they have questions.Good luck.

I am set to relocate here by October and have been browsing SFH, specifically in the NW University region.  

A few shortfalls of Tessa:* Doesn't' accept CC payments from tenants (not a huge issue, but still an issue)* Does not appear to have method to originate check payments through their interface to vendors
