After all i said and all u suggested i understood something (correct me if im wrong):Since standard paycheck is around 500 - 550euros and if i want to follow 1% - 1.5% rule, i should be aiming lower rent prices than standard paycheck, if i want too target middle, most of people (around 350 - 400euros rent for familly with 2 working adults) wich means i need to target lower price appartments around 35k - 40k.
